  • We cannot guarantee that any item will be in stock; all items are subject to availability. In the event that an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to either cancel or substitute the item.

  • All orders are liable for acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will be sent an email notification saying that we have accepted your order. But this doesn't necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. We may cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we need to cancel your order once payment is made, we will refund you the paid amount immediately.

We process orders promptly, so we might not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has shipped. A "restocking" or cancellation charge of $4.99 might be imposed if we do cancel an order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver products worldwide via reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or domestic postal carriers). Shipping methods and delivery times will be available during checkout. Domestic shipping is usually 5-10 business days. International shipping can take 10–20 business days or longer, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment. Title and risk of loss or damage to the products transfer to you when items are delivered to the carrier.
  • You are liable for giving an accurate shipping address. We can't be held liable for delays or missing items because of an incorrect address. In case a package is sent back to us for an error in the address or for refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to make you pay for reshipping.
  • Shipping cost, duties, customs fees, taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times and dates are approximate only; delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other third parties are beyond our control.

8. Any Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

We sometimes give promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes to our users. All of such offers are governed by:

If approved, we will issue your refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees, if applicable) in the initial form of payment within 7–10 business days. Handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order is received with missing or wrong items, please let us know right away. We will have the right items shipped to you or provide a refund for the missing items.
