Order Cancellation

  • Please be aware that there will be a restocking fee of $4.99 on all cancelled orders.
  • After the 24-hour time period, orders are finalized and are not cancellable, alterable, or modifiable under any circumstances.

Order Changes

Order changes (size, color, address, etc.) can be made only within 24 hours of ordering. No changes can be made after this time.

Refund Policy

We provide a limited refund policy on the following terms:

  • Refunds are issued if your order has not been delivered within the maximum delivery time (typically 30 business days from shipment).
  • Your package is lost in transit or never received, and you are eligible for a refund upon verification of the claim.
  • Refunds are not provided for orders where:
    • The incorrect size was purchased
    • You had a change of heart after the product had been shipped
    • The product does not live up to personal standards (e.g., color change, fit problems)
  • We do not offer refunds on delayed shipment due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Return Policy

We accept returns in very strict conditions:

  • Products should be returned within 15 days from the date of dispatch.
  • They should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original package with all the tags on.
  • Returns should be accompanied by the original order confirmation email or invoice.
  • All shipping back charges are at the customer's expense.
  • Return packages must be trackable. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.

 

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, or altered apparel
  • Undergarments or intimate wear
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note:

  • Original shipping rates, taxes, and duties are not refundable.
  • Customers are to bear return shipping costs, except for the situation where the product was damaged or wrong.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In case of receiving a wrong or damaged product, inform us within 24 hours of receiving it with an evident picture and your order number at [email protected].

We will either exchange the item or refund, depending on item availability and customer choice.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived in 7–10 business days:
